Anyone has the right to request the public entity to ensure the digital accessibility of the indicated website. It is also possible to request information to be made available through an alternative access method, as mentioned in Article 7 of the aforementioned Act. The request should include:

The public entity ensures digital accessibility of the website without undue delay, but no later than 7 days from the date of the request.

If ensuring the digital accessibility within 7 days is not possible, the public entity will promptly inform the requester of the reasons for the delay and the date by which the accessibility will be ensured, which cannot exceed two months from the date of the request.

If the public entity is unable to provide digital accessibility of an element of the website according to the request, it will immediately inform the requester of the reasons and indicate an alternative way to access that element.

In case of refusal to provide digital accessibility of the website or the requested element, or refusal to use the alternative access method by the requester, a complaint regarding digital accessibility can be submitted to the public entity.

After exhausting all possibilities, the complaint can also be submitted to the Ombudsman (Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich).

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING ACCESSIBILITY

Digital accessibility is ensured without undue delay, but no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If accessibility cannot be ensured within this period, the public entity informs the requester of the reasons for the delay and the new completion date, which does not exceed 2 months.

If digital accessibility is not possible, the public entity informs about alternative ways to access the content.

COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS

In case of refusal to provide accessibility or an alternative access method, a complaint can be submitted directly to the Faculty or referred to the Ombudsman (Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich).

ARCHITECTURAL ACCESSIBILITY

Our buildings are equipped with the following devices to facilitate accessibility for persons with mobility limitations:

  • Building C1: Equipped with 2 elevators providing access to all levels of the building, allowing free movement between floors.
  • Building C2: Equipped with 1 elevator, providing access to every level, ensuring full accessibility for persons with disabilities.
  • Building C3: Equipped with 1 elevator, ensuring all floors are accessible for people with mobility limitations.
  • Aula A2: Equipped with a lift for persons with disabilities, enabling easy access to the main hall and ensuring equal access to events and meetings.
  • All vertical transport devices are regularly serviced and comply with applicable safety standards, ensuring reliability and accessibility at all times.
