Dear students,
due to the exceptional situation in Poland, the Ministers of Science and Higher Education and Health appealed to the University to provide support in the fight against coronavirus by final year students, in particular 4th-6th year students of medicine or dentistry as well as last year students of emergency medical services, nursing, pharmacy and medical analytics. As indicated, volunteer support may include, among others, conducting telephone epidemiological interview.

I encourage you to take part in a much-needed and important initiative that serves the society as a whole. As the Academic Community of the Medical University, we should be the first to help in such a difficult situation. Students expressing the will to provide such assistance are requested to complete a short form containing the following data:

1. name and surname,
2. album number,
3. field of studies,
4. year of studies,
5. email address,
6. phone number.

Filling out the form will allow to make a contact with students who want to devote their time and knowledge in a situation where such help would be necessary.
